Blue Exorcist: Pretty chill chapter compared to the past few months. Mostly it's the exorcists regrouping and reacting to the **** that's happened with Satan.

The important thing is that we're getting a long awaited reunion next chapter.

Curiously, it's heavily implied in his exchange with Mephisto that spoilers:

Rin witnessed or recalls his probable future as Akumasai the Magical Girl Slayer, which will lead to some interesting character development. And it's revealed that Satan is draining life energy from humans and high-level demon alike as his "territory" expands in his process of creating a new body for himself, which effectively makes him a threat to everyone.

end of spoilers I swear to God, if Satan ends up becoming Galactus or Unicron...

Just saw Spiderverse.

Yeah I dunno with this one. I liked it but I liked it alot less than the first. The emotional core of this movie fell flat for me more than it hit and it seemed more interested in its concept and callbacks than I was really fond of and started to feel unmoored for me. Maybe I’d feel different on a rewatch but, eh, not sure about this one.

yeah, maria didn't really appreciate the fact that frank has killed god knows how many people in the name of their children. so she divorced him, which she was already gonna do before the mobster merc'd them all, took all of his stuff, took half of the money and gave the other have to charity in the names of their kids. after that, she was done with him, saying that frank castle really did die with his family and she wants nothing to do with the punisher.
