I've only read the first volume which covers issues 1 to 5, the main series is up to issue 13 or thereabouts.

In this first volume Peter and MJ become an item again because they've missed each other and they've realised that they're happiest when they're together. There's no undoing of OMD or anything. Just a natural rekindling of their relationship.

At the same time spoilers:

a mysterious figure is walking around and offering up deals to Spider-man villains. He's apparently the reason why Mysterio (Quentin Beck) was able to to return to the world of the living after being in hell and he gave Mendel Stromm an army of Tri-Sentinels to attack New York with. This dude seems to know who Peter is and has either powerful illusion powers or actual reality warping abilities. He's got a big toothy grin, is dressed in a tattered trench coat and every inch of his exposed skin is cover in blue wrappings. A lot of people are wondering if he's Mephisto.

Just watched One Piece episode 870. They really did a lot of great stuff animation wise for the Snake-man Luffy vs. Katakuri finale.

They also added an neat bit of filler where we get to see Rayleigh completely outclass Gear 4 Luffy.
