So apparently he has something called 'A Master Morpher' now that lets him switch power sets when morphed. So far he's shown he can morph into the Zeo Red Ranger, White Tiger Ranger and Green Ranger on the fly and summon his old Falcon Zord when using the White Ranger Powers.

Since the Rangers stay in touch with each other, they probably made an effort to repower old rangers using stuff like the Master Morphers

I did not know that the english dub of Dragon Ball Super got a dubbed version of Limit Break X Survivor for its opening.
