You know Ollie, even if you don't want to kill her, you could've just put some arrows in her knees.
Also, the 9th Circle has the weakest mooks in the series. Team Arrow were all injured from an explosion earlier, Roy even breathed in some poison gas on top of that, and they still slaughtered the hoods.
