Former WWE Superstar Ashley Massaro has passed away. She was 39.
Critics who treat adult as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence.

I’m really enjoying Jeff Lemire’s Black Hammer. Anyone else reading it?

Pokemon: Detective Pikachu was a delightful movie. It pulled off a solid (if somewhat predictable) story with tons of fun gags and small references (that don't intrude on said story).

Some of the pokemon looks pretty unconvincing (I'm mainly looking at you Machamp) while other look freaking great (Pikachu and Mewtwo naturally but also Snorlax, Charizard and several others).

It was just tons of fun.

The movie was fantastic, no argument there.
Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran

Agreed. Given the ending I'm wondering how they will proceed with the sequel. Or maybe they'll wait the game sequel comes out and base their plot upon that.
    Ichigo: What even *are* you?!

Kenpachi: Some say my mother was a train. Some say that I'm a rejected Godzilla monster too strong for the series canon. But everyone says: I'M THE KEEEEENPACHIIIIII!!!!

They could also take some inspiration from some of the other more story based games in the franchise. But I don't know if a direct sequel would work since spoilers:
part of the appeal is Ryan Reynolds playing Pikachu and trying to redo that after how this movie went down would feel cheap.
    end of spoilers

So, the newest episode of the Ducktales reboot spoilers:
was basically a backdoor pilot for a reboot of Darkwing Duck, complete with introducing both Darkwing Duck and Negaduck.
end of spoilers. I for one am hyped about the possibility of getting a new show for spoilers:
The Terror That Flaps In The Night
    end of spoilers.
