Obi-Wan Won. It was composite Legends and Disney canon, which is how Death Battle normally operates. They cited Obi-Wan as being faster than Kakashi due to space combat feats. I can recall the exact wording because they spent the least time discussing speed, but they had Obi-Wan at nanosecond level speed and Kakashi at Micro-second level speed. They spotted Obi-Wan with feats from other Force users using Luke's comparison of Kyp Durron to Obi-Wan, and Luke matching Anakin's force push in ROTS, as justification. They used a lot of footage from Genndy's clone wars in the episode, but the only specific feat they cited from it was from what I presume is a tie in comic of some sort, because it has the same artstyle.
