Has anyone ever asked Hitch via twitter if the story was originally really meant to be different?

It would be cool to have an actual confirmation from the author about Hunter Prince's parentage at the pitching stage of the story.

I haven't asked him. But I assume there was some editorial interference. Even 'Power and Glory' had some interference at the end of the story (the reference to Rebirth) which really hurt the overall story arc -- it would have been a JLA masterpiece otherwise -- which is bizarre because when it started DC said it was more or less in its own continuity ... then at the end they tried to tie it to the mainstream continuity. Shame.

The fanmade animation I've mentioned was for My Hero Academia anime. You've heard of the show, right? Considering its superhero theme.
Granted, the fan who made the animation is an animation student.
It was quite impressive.

Not sure the prevalence of fanmade non-3D animation in the US comicbook scene.

Yeah, the reference to Rebirth in "Power and Glory" was unnecessary. The ending would've be fine without referencing that there's another Superman around.
The arc would've been more "timeless" without that reference.

Yep! Part of JL 12 promo. Rings, shirts, handbags, and pins from what I know of. But of course production of SMWW merch doesn’t stop whether they are dating or not

I don't follow this kind of thing. Once, I saw a cool video animation of Superman but it was in 3D and he was punching Hulk and not dancing with Wonder Woman.
