That is quite interesting honestly playing on the different perspective of the public. Those for or against. The enemies who will try to figure out the kind of closeness they have. Superman and Wonder Woman’s own feelings towards it...will they, won’t they. And again that challenges the need of secrets and all.

Exactly, there's story potential here. And a way to justify the SM/WW merch without necessarily put them in an ongoing romantic relationship.

I like the slow burn thing. The friendly flirtation...Best friends with deeper feelings and trying not to act upon them but sometimes can’t help themselves. While the public peeps this out. It’s noticible no matter how hard they try to deny. Basically, yeah play on how the public/paparazzi does actual celeb couples in real life.

I was thinking more about the pre-Flashpoint stuff, where DC wasn't setting a romance between them like in TOA/New52 but the characters kept being associated romantically in different ways by the people around them.

I’ve seen couples use the statue. Dairy Queen used the SMWW 12 pic for an ice cream cake I think in 2016.
