Yep! Seeing couples quoting SMWW or using the usual captions on posts and wearing the shirts. SMWW isn’t just a couples trend for a moment. It’s a true and naturalrepresentation and even a mindset of couples.

Wasted potential. Imagine Hulk and Thor in the first Avengers movie had more interaction than Superman and Wonder Woman in a JL movie. Imagine freaking Dr Strange had more interaction with Thor in a few minutes of Ragnarok than Superman and Wonder Woman in two movies. If they were Superman and say a character that he rarely interacted with, I'd say no problem. But this was absurd what DC and WB did and have done.

A Superman/Wonder Woman movie would be very much ideal and should’ve happened already.


The irony of the lack of interaction in DCEU is seeing signed SMWW comic covers (mostly romantic) by Henry and Gal. I really want to know what they think because here is yet another JL 12 cover signed by Henry, Gal and Jim...

Superman and Clark Kent motivations these last couple of decades have baffled me on and off. I use to think Clark becomes a reporter because HE loves writing and wants justice for others because he knows the power of the pen. That he'd have realized this since high school and during his time at college/university when pursuing his education. I want to believe Superman cares for earth because of the entire earth and feels genuine compassion for people no matter what. I imagined he'd have traveled the world before becoming Superman. The idealism he has is not premised on whether he is married, single or celibate or wears red trunks or works at the DP or runs a blog. It's gotten because of personal experience and wanting to make the world a better place after seeing the world. DC have been putting his moral center down to self centered factors that involve his personal comfort or shallow aesthetics and to me that really doesn't ring heroic. Just a man very privileged to have these powers who might go evil if and when things in his life does not go his way. Someone this powerful has too much a responsibility to use it than care for his comfort or have dreams of comfort as his priority. I want this selflessness from Diana too. It is supposed to be in these two characters DNA to stay morally strong even if they get thrown down, they will pick themselves up. I cannot abide wishy washy, selfish motivations for heroes. This is what makes me not attach to characters.

Understandable. Sadly, inconsistent characters like SM and WW that get constantly rebooted are easy to twist/change by every writer that come on board and ending up with different motivations than before. 😔

So SMWW are actually in art galleries, restaurants, murals on random walls around city centers, bridges, lawyer's offices, universities, washrooms, bedrooms, living rooms,etc etc...that is very very cool.

Really wish Soule could’ve finished his run properly. There were interesting storylines being set up, especially with Diana. Diana needs to get the respect she deserves. Maybe just maybe, Soule can get a chance to do so.

It's a big loss not to have a full SM/WW run.

But the greatest SMWW xmas piece is this that was done deliberately for xmas and should be a center piece for fans. I wonder if this is still available? Other than ebay, that is, where prices are way higher than when it originally sold.

I want them all!!!!! This statue is one of the most beautiful ever produced! Who conceived it did it with affection and admiration for the couple! I'd really like one as their kiss on DKIII and with Clark holding little Jon!
