That's a pretty big improvement from Justice League thankfully.
    That's pretty damn good!

It seems like RT can tell people to jump and folks would say 'how high'

I never quite understood why fans need validation from Rotten Tomatoes or what the masses think. Does a number absolutely determine whether a movie is good or not?
Imagine being proud to have negative traits. I can’t relate.

DC: Justice League, The Flash, Justice League Dark, Superman, Action Comics, Green Arrow, Justice League Odyssey, The Terrifics, Teen Titans, Titans, Brimstone, Female Furies, Damage, Heroes In Crisis

Marvel: The Punisher, Cosmic Ghost Rider, Venom, X-23, Cloak and Dagger, Jessica Jones, Sentry

Indies: Unnatural, Jeepers Creepers, Project Superpowers, Black Hammer, Ninja-K

I think it's just many fans being frustrated with DC movies consistently being critically panned and they want to have a movie that's both critically and commercially successful, like Wonder Woman was.

I remember a few years ago Grown Ups 2 got panned and a friend dragged me to see it and I wasn't keen because of that but then 90 mins later I came out thoroughly have enjoyed myself. That was the moment that slowly led to me absolutely not caring what other people think of a film.

Anyway day off tomorrow confirmed. Aquaman it is then. So far Venom best CBM I have this year let's see if they saved best to last!

Grace Randolph says "It's a better movie than Wonder Woman." Extremely high praise from her, since she finds opportunities to compare almost EVERY movie she reviews to Wonder Woman.

Though much is taken, much abides; and though
We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are,
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

"Better then Wonder Woman" is like the best compliment you could give a DC movie .

But then you had SS and Venom defy the RT score and made lotsa cash.

Making lots of cash and being good isn't the same thing

RT has two scores: film critics and the general audience. Me? I take the average of the two, compare that to "word of mouth", and then go from there.

For the DCEU movies. Imagine the freakout when a movie is said to be better than the Dark Knight.
