Reality would have exploded. So it's a good thing his role is hopefully tiny, in black and white, and...ah, well, there's no real hope out of that bit of news.

Yeah, I'm just so used to them not bothering when adapting redheads in live-action. Recently there's been just Mera and Archie Andrews.

I actually think the actress who played Midnite or whatever she's calling herself on the Stargirl TV show would have made an even better Maxine...if she gave exactly the same performance. That was Maxine in a nutshell. I hope whoever they get can capture that same enthusiasm combined with a good nature and motor mouth way of talking when she's excited that the comic book character has.

Yeah, I hope that too. Cyclone is the only reason why I'm hyped for Black Adam and I even started to have a minimal interest in DC live action movies.

I also thought she'd be younger in the movie. I hope they're somewhat faithful to the comics version, but I don't think it's likely.
