This could fit with the rumors surrounding Generation 1. A great champion will betray the Golden Age heroes and become one of the world’s greatest villains.

Maybe Black Adam works alongside the JSA to fight the Nazis, but then goes power mad and is banished by the Wizard, only to return in modern times and tries to take back his country with the help of Atom Smasher (like in Black Reign). Hawkman obviously being the hero that tries to stop him in the past and the present.

It’ll be interesting to see how they do Hawkman’s look. I’ve yet to see a live action Hawkman helmet that doesn’t look a bit ridiculous. Actually the one from Legends of Tomorrow was ok, but the actor was terrible.

That sounds awesome. Seeing both the older and the modern JSA reforming, with new reincarnations for the Hawks, is very clever and a dream come true for fans of both styles.

I didn't see a mention of Wildcat which is understandable given the magnitude of the conflict but I hope he'd make an appearance somewhere.

I find it questionable.

I fully expected to see the Hawks, Fate, and Wizard all active during in ancient egypt times... and then in 'modern' times having new Hawks, Fate being part of JSA... but I don't know how many time periods they plan on playing with here. Black Adam is a poor choice for a movie in the first place, i hope they don't clutter it up too much.


Heck, if i'm honest, i'd say leave Black Adam for SHAZAM 2 and just give us a before/after movie about the JSA. THAT is what "I" want to see

Well, characterization and dynamic wise they can definitely do a better job of capturing them from the comics in my opinion.
