In fact they are doing multiple Batmen apparently since the Batgirl will also include a Batman in its own pocket multiverse

Superman is not the priority nothing more needs to be said there that's been reinforced by the zero movement at all and casual way they have moved forward with everything else
The confusion left for WB/DC is who is in charge

Phase 4 has been mid imo save for NWH and Shang-Chi but we’ll see if things will change once they announce their upcoming slate in another hour. Especially if we get castings for the Fantastic Four and X-Men.

It took them 80 years to make a Wonder Woman feature film. Sidelining their biggest characters is a DC staple. I for one don't want to live in a world where characters I love get treated well. If I did, I'd read something else.

I wish they stopped depicting Billy as being kind of incompetent/idiotic as a Superhero. Like, what's the Wisdom of Solomon even for?

It'll be nice to see more of The Wizard.

It does feel lacking a comic book-y moneyshot...like an "hey, it's Tawky Tawny!" or "Hey, it's Mr. Atom!" or "it's the Monster Society of Evil!" instead it's...famous actresses being villains.

Yeah, it's also curious he never mentions Superman when discussing the League. I know DC is downplaying him, but they're using archival footage. His powers most resemble Superman. It's just a glaring omission.

I don’t think Shazam 2 is going to do very well precisely because it seems to lack that “comic hook”. None of the classic Shazam villains are being used and apparently this movie won’t follow up on the Monster Society tease. I’m expecting it to be another modest success.

It’s like night and day between the two. Hamada’s ass has gotta be in the hot seat with Zaslav after that piss poor showing. It’s been rumored he’ll be let go like Emmerich and I can’t see how he can keep his job given how pathetic DC looks right now. Even coming off of one of the worst Phases Marvel is still a machine to be feared.

This looks ok..but,they better fix the superman situation or this entire direction is going to go bust..They have intentionally or unintentionally linked superman to this franchise and direction...There is expectations from what i heard for any superman to face off black adam..If they don't pull through this franchise could be done..
