From what I understand so far, Zaslav only cares about his concept of profit.

So, what sells? Batman.

I think we can reasonably expect about a dozen comics/projects involving the Batfamily.

So, no change here.

Zaslav also has an 'interest' in Superman and a 'vision' for DCU.

Until we know more about his ideas, we can safely assume that nothing is safe.

WB Cancels Batgirl And Why It Was The Right Move

At 32:22 rob talks about blue beetle and why or most likely why it will not get the axe.

Even outside of DC, losing HBO Max is a bit bleak... especially with its content and success.

That alone makes me question whatever legitimate decision-making can be made because that just isn't smart.

It doesn't make me hopeful for future content either.

Like will Harley be safe? YJ still hasn't got a renewal despite its supposed best viewership, so does it get canceled again?

We'll get answers eventually but to sit and wait for uncertain news is depressing. Especially if this may harm any future, potentially out-there projects. Batgirl is either an unfortunate circumstance or the beginning to a much larger indication about what projects will see the light of day.

There is no reason to assume that HBO Max is going away, this was just more fake news people packaged with the Batgirl stuff to make it seem more legit.
