When the first movie came out I wasn’t fully onboard because John is a blond British guy and Keanu is Keanu. But after John Wick I’ll follow the man anywhere. So many people I know absolutely love the movie. Most knew nothing about the comic so I’m sure that helped.

Either way, I’d happily take a sequel over anything that JJ was gonna crap out. Good riddance to Bad Robot(s).

Keanu is more beloved now than he’s ever been, so if they can lock him down to lead the supernatural DC Justice League Dark projects I think it would be a great move.

Abrams will be gone from WB soon. Pretty much everything he was developing has been cancelled, rumors of Cavill’s return make it likely his Superman reboot with Coates is dead too. No great loss.
