That technically isn't Leto I wouldn't be surprised if they did cut it, though more because how Phoenix's Joker has completely eclipsed Leto's Joker so they don't even want any direct nods to Leto or his imagery especially because Birds of Prey is coming out in the peak of awards season where Phoenix is a frontrunner (also note how in the main trailer Harley's illustration of Joker which she uses as a bullseye looks nothing like Leto's version).

Also, at this point WB seems to be done with Leto, especially after his behaviour towards Phoenix's Joker film.

What was Leto doing in relation to Phoenix ?

Don’t think he wanted to make a movie himself, but he did say exploring what kind of Batman would arise from that universe would be interesting for another director to explore.

Even I'm morbidly curious, especially since it would be a period piece Batman that we usually don't see in live-action (give or take Gotham always taking influences from various different eras).

There really isn’t a DCEU anymore. WB has no plans to crossover any of the DC movies for the foreseeable future.

70's actually. The costume designer said that Dinah's entire wardrobe was infused with a 70's influence.
