I know it won't finish Snyder's vision but I hope there can be a finality to his story.

That's a spear sword, i think. It's different and works differently from a trident. A trident is for puncturing while this is for slicing. If anything darkseid is ripping off whitebeard or something. Snyder did go dbz on us with mos, so not surprised.


Honestly, i wanted some of these guys to use weapons. Besides, jon kent has been using aquaman's trident in the legion book.

Synder's Darkside, like Ayer's Joker, seems like a dumbed down version. Not surprised since its WB.

Those kindof spear sword/axes exist too. Its just a design and style choice.
