Capes are CGI nowadays otherwise you'll have an Incredibles situation.
Yeah, you can't get a real cape to act right in all situations. You want it to respond naturally in flying sequences, but you don't want it doing inconvenient things like fall over your actor's face. Which is why you leave it off the costume, and add it in digital FX. Though they might want to get a real one for static shots, or even walking shots.
Shazam! tease from David Sandberg:
Flash director Andy Muschietti posted an image of Keaton's BM logo covered with blood:

Going for a Watchmen reference?
I keep forgetting this is supposed to be a Flash movie.
For when my rants on the forums just aren’t enough: https://thevindicativevordan.tumblr.com/
Man I feel for Flash fans. Finally supposedly get a movie and its just going to end up a Batman and Watchmen flick.
This is going to be for Flash fans what BvS was to Superman fans, only quite possibly worse.
"They can be a great people Kal-El, they wish to be. They only lack the light to show the way. For this reason above all, their capacity for good, I have sent them you. My only son." - Jor-El
Of course everyone's reading that pic of the Keaton Bat suit wrong; it's not blood, it's ketchup, and Keaton's Batman has gotten old and fat and takes the Batmobile through the Burger King drive through a lot. Well, that's how I read it.
Oh no! Batman spilled jam on his costume again! Alfred help him!
I can't wait to see my favorite Flash character, Batman, on screen soon. I hope he gets more movies.
It's a crime what they're doing to Flash's movie.
