With regard to Damian being phased out, I've been kind of worried that Damian will end up being fired from Robin as a result of his human-rights-violating prison, solving the two Robins problem and playing into the whole Batman Is Estranged From His Family Thing going on. I can also easily see him leaving/being kicked off the TT and Emiko adopting his role. I don't think anything can kill the character forever at this point, but I think it's possible they could bench him for a good while.
