    Default Image Expo San Diego 2014

    Is there any sort of live blogging going on of the Image Expo? My understanding is that it starts in about an hour.

    Image's site has always been slow, probably more so today as lots of people are logging in.

    This is a bit off topic, but I noticed you're reading Manifest Destiny.. that caught my eye as I'm looking to branch out into more independent stuff.. Recommended?

    Yes, I think the premise is brilliant. Comic really picks up in the second arc. I just love stories set in the age of exploration so I knew I would love this.

    It sure sounds like Image is winning SDCC before things even get started. Tons of great creative announcements being made.
