I feel majority of Messiah Complex's impact stemmed from the devastation of Decimation (and therefore, House of M). Starting out with Messiah Complex will make casual viewers confused, I think.

But I'm all for an animated series that spans all three. Say, 3 seasons of 12-13 episodes each, 1 season per part of the trilogy, with the pilot episode being a 1-hour special showcasing Decimation.

No, that would be quite an outlier if it happened. He is mountain buster at best. And even that seems like bit of a stretch.

You do know there is quite, and I mean quite, a difference in size between a moon and a star, right? Even the smallest star would be way bigger than the biggest moon.

Yes, I've seen those before. In the first one, he's destroying only a part of the mountain(the top it looks like). And in the second one, he's making a way by splitting it in half. Both are impressive, but I still wouldn't say it's mountain level. It's like cutting a tree and obliterating a tree. Just because you can do the former doesn't mean you can do the later. Not in one go at least.
