Yes, I've seen those before. In the first one, he's destroying only a part of the mountain(the top it looks like). And in the second one, he's making a way by splitting it in half. Both are impressive, but I still wouldn't say it's mountain level. It's like cutting a tree and obliterating a tree. Just because you can do the former doesn't mean you can do the later. Not in one go at least.

Here Scott mentions that he can rip a small planet in half. While we don't see him do such a thing, he says he has the power to do it and I don't think Scott is lying to impress his enemies.

Yes, I've also seen that one. That is a narrative hyperbole. I mean, he can't be able to split a small planet in half and also get knocked out from just splitting a mountain in half. Sorry, but none of the feats from him suggests that he's anywhere near planet level.
