Right, we really want some old reunion with the old X-Men members.
But Marvel don’t seem to care abt what their fans want.

Yes. Especially after young O5 stories, I find myself desperately in need of an adult O5 team book. It’s time for them to gather together again, look at all they’ve been through these years and deal with their issues. Then a new era can get started.

Bobby was working with Scott at the time of his death (see Death of X). Hank's owned up to some of his mistakes so he's begun to swallow his pride. Given that, Jean could mediate at least a truce between him and Scott.

It's sad but 05 Scott is the least developed out of the five since 2012....

Unless the adult O5 end up remembering their younger selves' experiences, the events of X-Men Blue don't matter to their characterization.

If the writer is someone who I know wanted to write them before I'd be in. Scott's recent issues largely stem from the fact that he was pushed onto writers who wanted to do other things.

It depends ultimately on what Jordan White orders/allows the writers to do.

Yeah, he was good in Champions, because Waid wanted to write him. I wonder, is it possible for X-Men Blue up to issue 34 to be set before Champions #18? Blue #35 shows the team having decided to go home, so him leaving the Champions at that point makes more sense than before Poison X, which is when it was published. Especially since that trip to space wasn't planned (and neither was the time travel trip just before), so he logically couldn't have told the Champions he was leaving at that point.
