Yeah, and that's saying a lot. Of course, Laura jumping straight at X-Man along with the other X-Men isn't exactly in character either. She's smart enough to know that she wouldn't make a difference against a powerhouse like that, and she'd be much more likely to tag him with a sneak attack while he's distracted. You could argue that multiple characters in that "fight scene" shouldn't be jumping straight at him like that though.

You know given complaints I've seen of other books Tamaki's write (She Hulk), the charge that she starts off strong for the first arc of a story then the descent in quality for the rest then the disappointment I felt with issue 6&7. I am wondering if Tamaki isn't suited to writing a monthly comic book. Some writers need time to think through their ideas/stories. She might be better at one of the independents where there aren't strict deadlines, or at least the publishing date is not that frequent
