Just beware: some of those locations may not have their bus stations in the . . . nicest . . . parts of those cities.

Also depending on when you go, Washington DC can be tricky with weather, and years ago I remember visiting there in mid-to-late winter when people didn't really know how to deal with a couple of inches of snow on the ground!

Being serious though I did check my youtube channel and it surprised me... I'm at 399 subs. I know that isn't some impressive deal. But its kinda nice to get that for a channel that isn't really cutting edge production , free (I never did the whole monetized deal) , and well I only do 3-5 videos a month .

Got my tickets for Aquaman sorted for Friday 14th December. Our town has a new Odeon Luxe cinema, so this will most likely be my first visit there. Can't wait!

We don't have any movie theater in our town.

But then again, it's a very small town (maybe a little over 10,000 people?) where the "town center" is basically less than ten stores around a parking lot. There are plenty of towns with more to offer not too far away (as long as you have a car and can drive).

When I first moved here in the early/mid 1990s, we had 2 cinemas. One of them originally opened in 1914 and barely changed for decades. In the late 1990s it was converted into a pub/restaurant. They've kept a lot of the original features and the bar runs underneath where the screen used to be. The other cinema opened in 1936 and is still open, but now that the new Odeon has arrived, it won't be long before it closes I expect. Our town has around 70,000 people.

Not long to go now before Christmas. So glad my wife insisted on starting Christmas shopping in July LOL. Now all we have to buy are cards, wrapping up paper and cellotape .
