It actually opens up a lot of questions about the pokemon world, what happens to kids who don't become trainers? Is there an age limit for people starting, plus there's Pikachu having all that bass in his voice.

yeah I thought this was just a world where human didn't use pokemon as fighters but the trailer said otherwise so this is actually kind of interesting as hell if they explore the world at all.

Went into Overlord knowing absolutely nothing about it. Didn't even know there was a Black lead. And the movie was a crazy, dope trip. Felt like I was watching a video game.

I had seen some previews and wanted to go see it but I had no idea what direction the movie was going to take. After the opening scene though it became clear who the POV character was.

Gonna have to check out the Detective Pikachu movie. Never played the game since I tend to stick to the main ones but the movie might be fun.

The only thing I knew about Overlord was the dude who plays Fitz is in it, and zombies in a castle made me think "Guess this is as close as we'll get to Wolfenstein?" I'll check it out for sure now.

As for Detective Pikachu...REALLY need a cameo by Team Rocket, but regardless I'm gonna check it out.

Maybe they'll spin him off into his own movie series that takes place in the same universe if this is supposed to be the last (LOL) John Wick.

Funny he was the only one in that cast of JW2 to NOT have toys made of him.

Youtube pasted ads of it a LOT for that film.

Also folks forget we got a HOLIDAY coming that could help as kids and school employees are OUT for at least a week in most cities.

Interesting with Creed 2-if I want to see it in the black community I have from Nov 21-25. Same mess with Get Out, at least until Friday's box office got them to add more times.
