    Big Tubi guy here, more than Netflix at this point. They've even got their own original productions now, quality be damned mind you, scrollin' through the new stuff a new Tony Todd film popped up in my recommends. Yo, I get mans and Yahya Abdul-Mateen ain't quite fighting for the same roles (oddly enough other than Candyman that is) but dude. Way to lean into it? Work is work I guess.

    There's also the fact that content leaves one service and goes to another one every month. Caddyshack for instance, was on HBO Max for a while, then it left and now it's on Netflix.

    Lupin the Third part 6 is on HiDive, but I don't want to pay for another one just to watch one show.

    Just check your public library to see if the dvds of those shows are there.

    Most end up there if they get a dvd release.

    So I was at a resort in Jamaica.

    I found it incredibly weird that in a country that is vastly vastly vastly vastly really really dark black people

    that the whole front office staff (people that check you in, people you sign up for excursion stuff).... were as light skinned as me and I'm half white.

    Amount of light skinned grounds keepers... zero. Cleaning people... zero. waitress... zero. bar tenders... zero. carry bags... zero. boat crew... zero.

    front office staff... all light skinned.

    IDK if it means anything but it was just bizarre.


    (also just odd, being in an all black country but the resort is all white people except like 5 people. Felt like middle school all over over lol)
