Gauntlet Matches are becoming the match of choice to get talent over. We saw it with Seth last year, and with Kofi this year.

He is, but I'd prefer a more dominant joe and losing in a gauntlet doesn't help that

Odds are apart from maybe the first opponent, every other person in the gauntlet match will spend 99% of their time with the match beating the crap out of Kofi. Kofi will likely get a series of fluke wins where he BARELY survives.

A loss is still a loss, but I don't think any of the people in the gauntlet will be booked to look weak.

-Heel Shane is actually pretty good, I'd almost forgotten about that.

-Don't start having Joe lose random TV matches WWE.

-For someone with a four month title reign, WWE sure as hasn't booked Asuka strongly at all. The only truly impressive win that she's had, was against Becky at the RR (which WWE barely even mentions anymore). And now she's just a prop in freaking Mandy and Sonya's story, ugh.

-I'm very tired of the "evil Vince screws over the babyface" thing, it's gotten old.

-Aleister Black and Ricochet are fun as a tag team, but they need a sense of direction relatively soon.

-LOL at WWE trying to now paint Becky as this "master planner" who outsmarted everyone. Sorry WWE, but after the last month, you don't get to pull that now, and especially after Fastlane. What a load of BS. However at least now maybe the injury crap might FINALLY be done with. Also Becky NEEDS to win at Mania for all of these to even remotely pay off in the end.

-AJ vs. Randy could be fun.

-Etc.

On RAW, Black and Ricochet have a reasonable sense of direction. They're in the middle of a 3 way feud for the belts with the Revival (not sure if Roode/Gable losing on RAW removes them from the equation or not). They seem on deck to compete for the tag belts at Wrestlemanai one way or the other. On Smackdown,they're probably just being used as good filler. It doesn't seem likely they will be involved in the Smackdown tag scene since they are already getting title shots on the RAW brand.

As for Becky being a master planner... in all fairness she has been saying for months that she was getting into Charlotte and Rondas head. It's debatable whether or not she knew that Ronda would interfere in that match and Charlotte did call that spinning, but she has made it no secret she's been trying to pull Rondas strings for a very very long time.

I'm hoping for New Day shenanigans to take out Joe next week. I would like to see them more involved especially since Vince is going out of his way to screw Kofi.

A simple change would have been, at Fastlane, if she was played up as knowing full-well that she couldn't flat-out out wrestle in her condition. So she intentionally goaded Charlotte into snapping, going too far, and getting herself DQ-ed. THAT would have made her look actually cunning and clever.

Ok there was some good and some bad last night
The Good: Heck it was great I loved the Randy vs AJ promo, it felt real. I was wondering what they would do with AJ and I must say I approve.
I also like how they are positioning the USO's they are the best and they know it ready to take on heels or faces to keep the gold

the meh to bad:
WWE trying TOO hard to recreate past storylines I am already tired of the Becky is the new Stone Cold as well as now Kofi is the new Daniel Bryan. I know there are a finite number of wrestling storylines but Vince is going beat for beat with a neon sign proclaiming look an oldie but a goodie. The fact that Daniel is now calling someone else a B+ player, was worth a chuckle but this is getting tedious. Will Kofi pickup the Yes Movement now the Heel Daniel put it down? Will "the Man" t-shirts now have a skull on them? Will Becky start rolling to the ring in different vehicles? You may scoff but it is almost that bad already.
