Honestly the only way not to be overshadowed by Becky is to feud with her.

    It has begun.

Turning the women heel is how they become faces. Bayley getting Becky level reaction.

Jericho does have a few tour dates with Fozzy coming up, so maybe he's getting ready to drop the belt.

Bayley keeping her current gimmick and being a delusional heel who thinks she’s still a role model for children could work!

If we end up with some sort of tag match between horse women, it'll be interesting to see who the fans get behind.

But its interesting either way. Can't go wrong with horse women feuding.

Smackdown live was okay, but for me and the crowd the stand out match was definitely Chad Gable vs Andrade. The Roman mystery attacker/ Rowan payoff was kinda lame, but it seems Daniel Bryan is turning face. The other matches were enjoyable but nothing to write home about minus the one match. Also, I thought the whole Titus catering thing was a joke, but it seems it actually exists. There were a handful of wrestlers spotted in my area today for smackdown that were not even on the show or in a dark match. Big E and Xavier were backstage but didn’t come out, so was Asuka, Buddy Murphy, etc. Some of us were talking and it ducks some wrestlers have to book travel to get to the show and then not be used. Maybe they have to be there in case the show is re written on the spot?

There was a dark matches advertised for Auska and new day, and Roman vs Drew but none happened. The only dark match was before smackdown aired and it was B Team Vs Heavy Machinery which was like a 4 min match ( heavy machinery got the win).

I kinda hope Bryan stays a heel. I'm really enjoying his current heel character.

I could see this being either the prelude to a heel turn or Bryan giving himself some cover

It was a really good show, I only have two minor caveats:

-Halting Buddy's momentum by having him lose to Ali looks more pointless now since a. He wasn't on the show at all, and b. Ali lost in the very next round anyway.

-Mandy & Sonya winning was cool, but then it makes them losing that first no-title match look even more puzzling in retrospect?

Oh and no Asuka & Kairi again this week, that sucks to. But other than that, good stuff. The Bryan/Rowan stuff was particularly good. I hope that they use the HW stuff to help build up others in the division as well personally.

Daniel Bryan was already a heel. After last nights smackdown it seems he is heading for a face turn unless WWE throws a twist and reveal Bryan really was behind the Roman attack.

Buddy, Ember Moon, Asuka & Kairi, Big E, and Xavier Woods were all backstage last night just sadly weren’t used.
