I think the Iconics work fine as singles heels because it means any face wrestling them needs to deal with the numbers game. And that makes them at least a moderate threat to any face because they are always outnumbered unless they get back up to even the odds.

Which isn't to say they aren't a ready made tag team if they ever need get a tag division, but Peyton can be a singles competitor with Billie at ringside if they need someone in a pinch.

If Smackdown gets Nikki (which they probably will since Sanity is on Smackdown), that's probably the best choice. The only question mark is if she's a heel or face, since she's sort of been a tweener for awhile.

The numbers game never worked for them. Charlotte on her lonesome beat the **** out of them a few weeks ago. Not even when it's two on one they will make for a believable threat

Aside from Charlotte, Nikki vs Asuka probably is the only Wrestlemania worthy match if Becky if facing Ronda. So that works if they have other plans for Charlotte (like perhaps a 3 way with Ronda and Becky if WWE doesn't want either Ronda or Becky to lose), that's probably their best bet.

I've probably said this a dozen times, but I think Nikki Bella is an underated worker. Brie sucks, but Nikki can pull off a solid enough match. She's a notch below the 4 Horsewomen, but she won't stink up the joint either.

I think using her to put over Asuka I think is actually the right way to use high profile part timers like Nikki.

If they want to protect both Becky and Ronda, putting Charlotte in the match to take the fall works. Plus, it lessons the potential fan backlash against Ronda if Charlotte is there to play heel. There's someone to boo besides Ronda.
