Meanwhile, I'm reading that Vince will take control of NXT when it moves to USA.

That will pretty much be the death knell of everything I enjoyed about NXT. Vince's booking of the main show has ranged from mediocre to completely ridiculous in the last few years (wrestlers not hand picked by Vince are left to overcome terrible booking) and they've just managed to stumble across success (Becky Lynch, Daniel Bryan and even Kofi Kingston weren't exactly primed to become main eventers).

I hope this is just a rumour because we've already seen what's happened to several.NXT call ups.in recent months.

Normally, I'd agree with taking a "wait and see" approach. But, Vince has a VERY long and established track record of being control freak and wanting to micro-manage everything. So in this case, I don't think that people are completely unreasonable to worry that the same might happen to NXT.

I'm worried about what it will mean for performers like Io. She's just finally being used well, but if Vince has more control, given how he's used Asuka & Kairi on the MR, then I fear Io will be undercut badly.

NXT is dead once it hits the USA network. Vince will involve himself and it will turn the show's into complete ****. Get ready for Dijak to kill Gargano in a squash once Vince takes over.

Honestly MLW should go see Joey Styles. Cornette works best as a heel manager/GM role onscreen. He's a guy you wanna see beat up onscreen. Its like Bischoff and Vince McMahon. At no point would anyone really cheer them on.

Controversies got nothing to do with it. Cornette doesn't have the energy to be on the road anymore. He's feeling overworked. Recently he said he doesn't want to do any shows that isn't within 400 miles of hometown.

As a counter opinion, I think the main show is going through a creative lull at the moment. There are valid reasons why it won't be good on USA, but maybe it will also inject life into the product.
