Someone brought a good point about Wrestlemania. In the WWE press release they said the show will stream live but that doesn't mean it will actually be live. Brock and Drew are suppose to be on Raw next Monday. Who's to say they won't tape the match next week then stream it on the day? You got both of them there so why not? Saves both of them from having to travel twice.

The problem is even in an empty arena with a skeleton crew, there's a chance of spoilers being leaked. Someone's sisters brothers cousin will blab it out on the internet.

Not that I personally am bothered by spoilers... but I think a lot of people and certainly the company itself will be.

It's fans who leak spoilers to shows. Unless uncle Dave source is a camera man no one is going to know.

There HAS to be a few backstage leaks in the wrestling industry though ... dirt sheets are filled with info that normal fans shouldn't be privy too. Which isn't to say they're ALL true of course... but it's an issue. And not just with wrestling... with any form of entertainment spoilers can be an issue.

Those sources ain't going to spoil an entire show if it's taped. At best I expect the fact it will be taped will get out there but not the actual results.

That's kind of disappointing. All the NXT guys operate at the PC, so you'd think it'd be super easy to put together a show.

They may be concerned about social distancing. I mean, how can you stay 3-6 feet away from someone if you're having a wrestling match with them?

Yeah, but that should apply equally to the performers on RAW and Smackdown. If they're allowing it on the main roster, I'm not sure why NXT should be different.

NXT doesn't have a show to build up to since Takeover Tampa got postponed.

Likely. They just said all shows will be relocated and they will still air on TNT.

They finally did the right thing with Wrestlemania. A shame it will be in front of no one.

It's harder to do in a regular Wrestlemania when you also have the Hall of Fame plus an NXT Taker Over.

But it certainly works this year.

They shouldn't be doing it at all. A 2 night event is pointless without a crowd. They definitely should have postponed if this was always the plan. Hall of Fame and NXT Takeover ain't happening.
