It sort of depends on how healthy Joe is. Joe during the AJ feud was the best freaking heel in wrestling. But if he's not healthy, you might not want to put the belt on him. Hopefully he's good to go.

The other big consideration is who they want wrestling the Universal champ at Survivor Series. Or IMO who they want losing to Braun. My guess would be Joe, again assuming he's healthy.

But the safest conclusion to make might be AJ wins since Joe is obviously a last minute sub.

That will be hard to justify depending on how hard they go with everyone on Raw being unified against Smackdown. Ongoing feuds were put on hold last year for it.

I think RAW could do with dominating them for a while. Smackdown has had plenty of victories over RAW at the event.
