I think Baron arguably is a very good first challenger for Rollins.

The FIRST guy to challenge a newly crowned champion is almost destined to lose, so you might as well thrown a B lister at Rollins and save the more A list competition for bigger events where Rollins might actually lose. Save guys like AJ or Joe or Drew for Summerslam.
