It would be interesting to see if they can establish NXT brands in markets like Japan and Mexico. I think they just need to find a local fed to work with, like they did with Progress.

Isn't NOAH going through a bit of a rough patch at the moment? If so, they'd be a good candidate. Maybe get a couple of the lower-end women's feds to have a viable women's division, too.

If i remember correctly NOAH had a short lived partnership with Impact in which Taiji Ishimori did a excursion and have a stint as X Division Champ before he announced his depature to Noah and jump ship with their rivals NJPW as the new Bone Soldier. and the WWE let Hideo Itami/KENTA coming back to Noah one off against Marufuji last time and he was allowed to use the GTS in which is now banned after he accidentaly broke Brian Kendrick's orbital bone.

It can work. Fox essentially wants the presentation from WWE Network tournaments like CWC, MYC and UK tournament. The biggest obstacle would be Vince. I doubt he'll want to do it or stick with it for long term.

I don't think Vince wouldn't want to do it, so much as I don't think Vince actually believes wrestling works without sports entertainment. Because he won with his formula, I think he feels it's the winning one. Not that I 100% agree with him... but he's legit reason to think what he thinks.

That said, with the amount of money Fox is throwing at him I'm sure he'll try and accomodate what they want. If it works it works... if it doesn't, then he'll try and negotiate things. He's not like say a Paul Heyman... Vince is a business man and I"m sure he'll try to keep Fox happy.

I do think Hideo creates a nice link between Noah and WWE if they want to go that route. I'm sure WWE would be more than willing to allow Hideo to do stuff with them if they're sharing talent the way WWE is with Progress. As long as it's a similar deal to the one Progress has with the WWE, where you're more borrowing talent than raiding it, I would think a smaller fed at least would want to jump at a working relationship with the WWE.

If you believe the rags, Bliss has definitely been hurt for awhile, one reason her singles match has been turned into a tag one.
