Insidious, 2011.
First time i watched it and man, what a nice surprise. The story is interesting (cool concept), the acting is good, the pacing satisfactory and even the end has left me with a smile. (kinda old school ending you know, on an abrupt note)
Been watching many horror stuff lately and that very well could be my little favorite of them all. Haunting of Hill House was pretty darn good, no question, but it's a show so it's a different experience.
A Star Is Born (2018) I didn't like it. Or I liked the singing and Lady Gaga. I thought that I was going to be treated to an interesting psychological drama about two doomed lovers. One who is able to love/respect herself after achieving success. The other self destructs due to the fact that they are unable to deal with their insecurity. Instead what I saw was a boring one note story.
Bradley Coopers character was on a down ward spiral from the get go. And his final action was so unbelievably selfish. I'd give it a C-.
Kung Fu Hustle (2004).
One of my favorite comedy. I re-watched it regularly, like once every 2 or 3 years.
ANIMAL WORLD a strange but very enjoyable Chinese movie.
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!
The Wolf of Wall Street.

Bohemian Rhapsody.
Great movie just for the getting a pretty accurate depiction of Freddie Mercury, even if the movie itself was far from historically accurate.
The Legend is Born: Ip Man
I was hoping that this was an accurate depiction, but then you see the super powered climax battle, and then you read about Man himself, and that fills your mind that the movie is complete bullshit, and the word legend should be a giveaway on how distant this is from being an accurate depiction.
TRUTH, JUSTICE, HOPE
That is, the heritage of the Kryptonian Warrior: Kal-El, son of Jor-El

Looks like I'll have to move past gameplay footage
The Crazies (2010). I enjoyed it a lot when I first watched it and enjoyed it again when I watched it last night. I love stuff like this. Netflix recommended this movie because I re-watched Dawn of the Dead (2004).

Solo: A Star Wars Story
This was the first Star Wars film I’ve watched since Episode Three. I have to say it wasn’t too terribly bad as popcorn action flicks go.
Avatar: Here's to the late, great Steve Dillon. Best. Punisher. Artist. EVER!
Antman and The Wasp. While some of the psuedo-science terms in the film drove me up the wall ( and I'm not close to being a science geek), I found it to be a fun and charming film.
