Avengers: Infinity War. Since getting the blu-ray, I had not gotten a chance to watch the movie. Still one of the most shocking ending in a live-action movie, if you are not familiar with the source material. I do have a few problems with the movie, but overall it is a solid movie.

When you look at the running time of Infinity War I judge it on how often my mind wanders while watching it and how much I want it to end. It is hard for me to sit down 2 hrs in a row and stay concentrated... I love that freaking movie.

Batman (1989) Having seen it manymanymany times it never occurred to me what a perfect Halloween season movie it is, the costumes, the make-up, the autumn leaves, the fog. I dicovered my love for on a different level for it. Keaton's Batnerd and Nicholson are great, Basinger is the perfect eye candy (oh, now i gotta watch LA Confidential again dangit), best 3rd act in a Batman movie.

Dawn of the Dead (2004) - My favourite zombie movie. This movie is the reason I am a fan of the zombie genre. I watched it in the theatres upon release and just watched it again on Netflix. I had not initially seen any zombie movies prior to the Dawn of the Dead remake. From beginning to end, this movie was perfect. Something about a group of individuals coming together to survive a catastrophic situation really intrigues me and this movie did it perfectly. On the basis of this movie, I picked up the first issue of The Walking Dead. Love this movie.

Ant-Man and the Wasp. While a lot of people will say that the first one was "meh", I actually felt more like that about the second movie. By no means a terrible movie, but nothing spectacular. I actually really liked the first one, but the second one...despite having a pretty cool concept for a villain, didn't do much with it.

    Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan.

By far my favorite movie with Christophe Lambert. Which isn't saying much but good movie, very good movie.

    You prefer Tarzan over Highlander?
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

Annihilation (2018) and The Witch (2016).

I didn't really dislike these movies but i don't see me watching them again anytime soon.

If ever. Hard to feel any emotions watching such bland movies.

The Witch has a couple of interesting scenes though.

I finally watched all the 10 episodes of the haunting of hill house on netflix.

Fantastic 5 first episodes. The rest? Good. Not as good as the start of the show and i did find the ending of the show/season a bit lacking but good.

Just re-watched Ragnarok. That hopeful ending is kind of marred by Infinity War. Thor called Hulk a moron at the end of that movie, but wasn't he kind of ignorant of the meaning of that word in Infinity War?
