It's possible that Soule is done telling the story that he set out to tell, not that he's being pushed out.

Or, like Punisher and Matthew Rosenberg, Soule's sticking around for a relaunch.

I feel like BC is likely to just be speculating based on the solicit. I would imagine the solicit would have announced it was his last issue. Either way, unless the book goes on hiatus, we'll find out next month.

This issue was a ton of fun. They did a great job of dealing with the absurdity of Mike Murdock and turn it into something more.

I liked the first Soule/Noto issue just fine.

I liked this second one quite a bit more.

The simple but effective explanation behind Mike Murdock's existence was perfect and Noto's art looked even sharper this ish.

Also, they should let Mike Murdock live! I wonder if there'll be a question of whether or not it would be immoral to take him out of existence? Even if he's "incomplete" as a person, like a house full of empty rooms (as I believe it was said?), is he not still a person now in the same way as a clone born in a lab or whatever? He clearly has feelings and thinks independently... I wonder where this is going to go...

Daredevil annual preview is up and it’s awful. The dialogue is unpalatably bad and puerile, DD gets his jaw rocked by a random criminal, gets grabbed and tossed by said random criminal, makes quips, and they’re using that unbearably lame and needless Devil Of Hell’s Kitchen moniker from the show not to mention how provokingly insufferable Misty is and that’s all just from the preview alone! The art is nice but isn’t nearly enough to save this mess. I’ll be passing on this one.
