Deadpool still annoyed me lol. But this is the best issue yet. Loved Gambit in this. And glad Xandra took her new form. Deadpool borded on creepy with his comments on liking xqndra looking like a kid Rogue. Given that her age is unknown lol

My LCS got shorted so I had to drive to another comic store located near a college so the extended drive was a nightmare. The only store that had the Noto variant sold it as soon as it opened so I was unable to get the Variant. My store won't have a copy when they finally get their shipment either. I'm hopeful KT will sell the Variant as I need another reason to get something so I can buy the wedding kiss cover of issue #1.

#3 was an awesome issue...

spoilers:

DP was annoying and creepy. Rogue was way too nice to him, imo. I liked when Remy stood up for himself... but Rogue's line "I know you do, Remy. I wouldn't be with ya if ya didn't. You know that, right?" only made me wonder why in hell she was ever with you know who... Action sequence was beautiful and Remy really shined in this issue. The new outfits are hot. I wish I had been in a better mood when I finally got to read it because I just feel a little annoyed with Rogue. Gambit is always the one saying sweet things and I can't help but feel like Rogue needs to step up her game in that department.

I don't like Deadpool in general, and this issue just proved to me more how much that is so. Other than that, KT is doing a good job on the book. Gambit definitely had a nice showing. That said, I'm not loving the artist. Bazaldua did a good job on action sequences, but the baby faces and tiny hands are jarring. Looking forward to Lopez taking over.

I would LOVE that. But we'll see. I think she is trying to keep the storyline even between the two characters and some Rogue only fans aren't into the Guilds. But since Rogue has been in so many of those past Guild interactions anyway it could work.

Can't expect them to do it every time. I couldn't get my hands on the book until much later so don't ever count on me for this. I'm terrible at this stuff anyway...


A thieving mission would be cool but I wouldn't hold my breath.

I just want Rogue to tell Remy she loves him for a change.
