    Surprised Morrison never pulled this with Superman or Batman (even given the solicit makes clear this is a Star Trek V deal), but Hal meeting 'God' actually does make a LOT of sense for him between his actions as Parallax, his time as the Spectre, and if Morrison read it - hopefully, it was great - what he went through in the King/Shaner Darkseid War GL oneshot.

    I think it might be “the slave lords of the stars” according to the description?
    It would be interesting if this really is God. I’d like to see what kind of interaction they will make when Hal meets his ex-boss.

    i kinda knew... but the description in the solicit still threw me by surprise. had to glance a few lines up to check i wasn't reading a doom patrol description.
