Finished re reading Born to run last night. Pretty good but that last issue was great. The emotional breakthrough Wally made and saving his dad from that tornado was heart pumping.

But the best part was Wally's convo with his grandfather about Iris. Very touching. It also has one of the best quotes "Barry taught me how to be Kid Flash. Iris taught me how to be Wally West." So great.

I forgot how much of this series not only wrote Barry well but Iris as well. And made her have such a big and meaningful impact on Wally.

Finished re reading Born to run last night. Pretty good but that last issue was great. The emotional breakthrough Wally made and saving his dad from that tornado was heart pumping.

That was a perfect ending for a perfect tale.

Maybe you'r talking about during the Millennium crossover where Wally goes with his father into a South American country to overthrow the dictator .

It was in the early issues. Maybe 21 or 23

Lol. I'm surprised she needed that for Wally. She took down the whole trinity with just her hands.
