To be fair, she's had the opportunity to train with one of the universe's strongest fighters in what is essentially a quasi-RoSaT w/o the time shenanigans. That'd make any Saiyan get some mad gains, child or not. And she probably got a hell of a Zenkai from almost dying on Cipolline, too.

The pocket dimension is the gym and is being kept in the pocket dimension, duh. The first part of Neva's training is trying to find a way inside a recursive pocket dimension.
