Well... that poses some serious issues but... I'll make it work I guess.

Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran

Hey Cleric
Sorry for leaving stuff hanging with Etrina for such a long time....been kinda mentally dead for awhile now and work hasn't been going easy on me either. Been on the ropes about what to do since we're so close to the finish line now, but I may try to hash something out in PMs with you soon if that's alright.
Still in this....just trying to get over a bit of burn out. ;_;
That's a nice storyline you're building there, Bruce. Real original.
The Big Ghetti Star
Pictured: The Big Ghetti Star. It forms the core superstructure of the Orbital Station constructed around its circumference
History:
A mysterious planetoid of unknown origins located in the Sol system of the Milky Way Galaxy. There are records of the Kami of Earth, Evangeline, chronicling the discovery of this a piece of lost technology 300 years ago, but when her mentor Fife went mad and grew disdainful of the planet under his stewardship, she and and a band of offworlder heroes stepped forth to oppose them. In the end, Evangeline survived through a portion of the Star, taking in an infusion of nanomachines which rebuilt her body and served for a time as a potent projectile weapon, her Halo Control Crown. With these means she had artificially extended her life throughout the centuries, but did not have the means to return to the site of discovery.
300 years later, Capsule Corporation scientists discovered the planetoid which had drifted nearer to Earth space. While only Jinzi Pantaloon had created private prototypes for air-to-space and faster than lightspeed travel, the phenomena of Outer Space remained a subsidized division of study in the World Government and within the Technocrat Tycoon's own private study. Dr. Char Banner Gero, a polymath that served as Pantaloon's number two in Research in Development, had been on the cutting edge of nanotechnology for years, and observing the matter-shifting capabilities of the Star from Earth had set her sights on it. However, with the coincidental happenstance of Capsule Corp falling under attack, funding shortages for an expedition, she had a crisis in faith and defected to the Red Raiders, funneling them Capsule designed deployments and blueprints, thinking it was the World Government that had throttled her years long progress. With Jinzi's engagement to Meagan was announced, Gero would grow mad watching the satellite from a distance until she was neutralized by Ochazuke and Parsley; she was relocated to a Galactic Patrol holding facility by Lieutenant Blizzar where she remains incarcerated.
After the Reshlan Incident, Ochazuke chartered the Nevadian Navigators' Guild in a partnership of discovery. Using Evangeline's Halo Control Crown, he was able to bond with the machine and create an intuitive understanding with its driving mechanisms. Now serving as an offworld station for Capsule Corporation research, it was used by the people of Earth to kickstart a technological renaissance that made humanity a spacefaring people. In exchange for their service, the Nevadian Navigators assisted while the construction of a space station around the Big Ghetti Star itself where it serves as a newly christened hub for intergalactic trade.
Abilities
- Comprised of an intricate network of nanomachine clusters applied though and filament probes, the Big Ghetti Star is able to move its polyalloy substance to mimic and duplicate structures through state and morphological changes.
- By these same means, it is able to assimilate matter, analyze its working structures to create duplicates or integrate it with itself.
- Due to the encounter with Captain Ulysses Prizzm's Nevadian Navigator, it has emulated the instruments and capabilities of the exploratory mapmaking vessel, and has sophisticated scanners that are able to analyze the form and makeup of a subject, allowing it a more comprehensive means of perceiving the world around it and the structures it encounters.
- Within its core it possesses a power plant fueled the energy obtained from an enigmatic cold fusion reaction, and a hadron collider apparatus used to convert matter or smash particles to harvest energy.
- After consuming the matter of a comet, it now has a source of organic molecules and a reference with which to synthesize them
- Its consciousness might be described as something as a sort of 'benign AI'; a machine of curiosity, despite its sophisticated abilities, it had no real will of its own, and curiously no conventional computing interface. Its purpose is fixed solely on a function of inut/output and data collection.
- Its major limitation is that it cannot spontaneously create matter, only change and emulate designs. Like a 3D Printer, it needs the additional substance to recreate something with fidelity.
- For example, an encounter with the Nevadian explorers, it was able to mimic the form of their suits, but not the complicated instruments within it or the men that wore them.

Stargates
Pictured: Stargate BGS-1. It moves vessels and freight from the Big Ghetti Star to the Nevadian Federation
Central to the transportation of goods from Earth and the Sol System to the rest of the known universe is Nevada's Stargates. By setting up two points, the technology allows a Stargate to fold space between each location, passing seemlessly from one point to the next. This eliminates the calculations needed to plot a Hyperspace route with a FTL Warp Drive while stabilizing a route for mass transit of goods. A boon and sometimes hindrance is that multiple destinations exists for each gate, which must be painstakingly programmed in to manage the traffic flow; in other words, one cannot highjack the route without precise inputs between the origin and destination.
To accommodate Federation visitors and trading partners from around the universe, a habitation ring was constructed around the Big Ghetti Star. It is in effect a modular space station, complete with docking platforms and defensive arrays, serving as both as a scientific research and engineering platform for the people of Earth as well as a small and rapidly growing cosmopolitan city.

In preparation for the long overdue beach episode, I'll be updating/expanding Ruco's entry. Hopefully I'll have it done by tomorrow.
“Welcome to Ruco, the most beautiful planet in the Saiyan Empire! A literal paradise, Ruco is the tourist destination in the galaxy. Book a trip to this gorgeous world today and bask in the picturesque scenery and sparkling hospitality tomorrow!”
-Queen Sarada
Established in Age 716, Ruco’s past is bloody. The natives were cleared out by a trio of Saiyans sent there on a conquest. Then Queen Senerg decided to colonize the world, as opposed to selling it to the Junjo, resulting in over two million Saiyans flocking to that world. The peaceful and serene nature of the planet calmed the new colony significantly and quickly. In only fifteen years, their disposition and demeanor was completely foreign to their cousins on Vocado. It was like their were a completely different race.
As time ebbed forward, the Rucoans felt remorse for the slaughter of the world’s previous inhabitants and it led them to make serious changes and resolutions. They built several memorials in honor of those slain so that they could live on the beautiful world; not the least of which was Vespa, the world’s former King. Not only did he receive a statue in honor of his defiance, but they also named the capital city after him.
They didn’t stop at mere lip service, though. They strove to become a safe haven for refugees. They offered a sense of safety, warm beds, and warm food to anyone in need. Over time, they even offered permanent residence to those who were reluctant to leave. This led to a population swell beginning in Age 730, which saw the population triple from a little over two million to well over six million. Granted, most of those were still Saiyans who fled the harsh environments of Vocado and Callion, but a sizable portion of the population was non-Saiyan.
Ruco is home to countless millions of different types of fish, birds, and animals, many of which provide either food or tourist attractions. Several are protected by law and should not be hunted or harmed under any circumstances. Ruco also has several islands varying in size, plains, valleys, hundreds of lakes and rivers, and dozens of mountains and waterfalls. Most famously, however, are the abundant beaches for which Ruco is known for. White sands are meticulously cleaned by machines provided by Turrip. The waters of Ruco are so clear, it’s possible to see dozens of feet down below the surface with crystal clarity. The skies are just as clean and pure due to a complete lack of air pollution.
The weather is fair for most of the year. Temperatures average around 75°, sometimes dipping to 55° during colder months. It rains during the hotter months and is dry during the cold months. Sometimes, snow will fall in regions closer to the mountains. Coastal areas are prone to hurricanes and tsunamis, but the planet has long been able to protect inland areas to prevent costly damage.
As of Age 766, the population is a little over ten million. 65% of that ten million are Saiyans, while the remaining 35% are non-Saiyans. Interracial couples aren’t just common, but encouraged as people expand their dating horizons and partake in other cultures. Half-breed children are incredibly common, almost as numerous as purebred children.
There are many activities to do on Ruco, from fishing and surfing to mountain/rock climbing and skydiving. There are also a pair of casinos, one in each city, for gambling. The most popular as of late is snowboarding. It was discovered that there was an abundance of ice and snow on two of the tallest mountains on the planet and it was possible to slide down these slopes at high speed if riding on a board. Despite injuries and mishaps, it had quickly become a source of adrenaline and fun for Rucoans. It’s also a source of fun for tourists. Annually, Ruco pulls in over 200 billion galactic credits from tourism. The empire as a whole generates 700 billion galactic credits, making Ruco by far the largest tourist attraction in the empire.
Bumping this thread because it'd be nice to have reference material available.
Also applauding Cleric's monumental patience. It's August now, sorry for the wait, I'll try to wrap things up on my end soon.
Cleric is just waiting for me to post Held being back alive so we can start part five.
Just admit it Cleric.
Don't worry. It looms.
