The Saiyans as a whole are around where Gohan and Krillin were when they got their potential unlocked by Guru. So pretty strong, but nowhere close to even the weakest in the group. Tundra's army is about even with them.

Sounds like Frieza's foot soldiers on Namek, only a whole lot more of them.

This. Though, there are a batch that are far stronger than the rest. Not nearly on Daroga or Letchee's level, but strong enough to give the PCs a good fight.

History: A Criostalach nearing its end was happened upon by a Khosian in a similar situation, instead of reaching their end both agreed to a compact, with the Criostalach piercing the Khosians heart and forming a symbiotic bond that allowed each to survive the destruction of Tatenen. The cost however, sapped the newly created entity of energy, and it was forced to hide itself away to rest and recover strength.

Not much is known about the being known as Letchee. Many acquainted with him are unsure if Letchee is even his real name, or a name stolen from one of his innumerable victims. They are also unsure of how old he is. Some speculate his a few hundred years old. Other several tens of thousands. Still others believe he had been there since the beginning of creation.

Whatever the truth is, there is little doubt that Letchee is a highly formidable warrior and one of Tundra's most reliable subordinates. He's been serving the Icer despot for decades, usually coordinating his army's efforts from a distance. He rarely fights himself, often preferring to let the grunts do the work for him. When he does step foot on the battlefield, he sows chaos and confusion with his body swapping ability.

Like every Frost Demons, Tundra was born in his final form. Tundra also has immense telekinetic abilities and has a mastery of it. He can also survive in the harshest of climates, including outer space, with ease. He is incredibly hard to kill.

Thinking on it, I can't come up with any way for Dash to train enough in time to help with this fight. If she can't train, then it doesn't make any sense for her to go.

edit: Cleric said that Etrina might be able to make enough time for more than 4 to train in the RoSaT within the 24 hours.

Yeah, thats certainly what I'm aiming for if you all are interested in a bigger group for the training. Plus....I can count it as magic endurance training.
