I think with DBZ Namek-saga power levels Cleric's finally balanced the game.

Pretty much, everyone is on the Lookout. Sarada, Nunlil, Isthar, and the child oni are in the RoTaS trapped/lost in the mist.

She has key executive powers, but such power must be exercised on the binding advice of a head of government Uraxat. her power as Queen is limited and she does not directly rule over Qacriea. She doesn't get involved with running the Qacriea's government that's Uraxat's job.
