Althena was frozen for 2,000 years. So technology on Qacriea has had a massive leap since she was frozen. Due to Zykona coming to Qacriea 2,000 years ago and speed up the progress of technology on Qacriea.

Planet: Hyperion

Race: Promethean

Population: 1,500,000,000 on one planet, two moons, and one space station.

Government: Seven independent nation states, each with various governments. There is a ‘United Nations’ council that presides over this.

Prometheans are one of the oldest civilizations alive, dating back thousands upon thousands of years. In fact, they are the sixth oldest sentient race in Universe 15. General appearance is human and average power level is only about 100-150.

Where they mainly differ is their ability to grow. Most can grow to about twenty feet tall, but the more poweeeful can grow as big as fifty feet tall. Their powerlevel also grows as their bodies do, much like the Saiyan were-ape.

Prometheans are peaceful and tend to keep to themselves, not isolationist but private. Tech-wish identical to most space faring races, though outside their capital cities their towns and villages tend to a more simplistic life-style. Their race is tended more to ki than magic or psychic powers, though Titanus, their Guardian, is a student of all three.

The Hyperion Guard, their planet based warriors, are fearsome and powerful. Over the last five hundred years they have repelled multiple invasion forces, including two from the Saiyan race and one from a group of Arcosians.
