Perhaps it'd be easier to exclude the ones dealing with the Tundra stuff? Avoca, Sarada, Tasure. They'd be massive outliers, given that they all got some training in the ROSAT or vaikuntha done. Though, now that I think of it, Parsley would, too, given that she also did some NERD training in Vaikuntha.

Totoma doesn't need an update, since he's temporarily crippled to like... OG dragonball levels of power.

I will argue that Held has gotten stronger in the same way that Freiza got stronger in DBS.

The constant endless paperwork and high level politiking has been his own personal hell, and it has upped the strength of his focus and control to even higher levels, to the point he has even more insane focus and control, when that was already his thing.

.....Or something. YOU KNOW IT MAKES SENSE.

Not that I ever would want her to have that power, but it is kind of a cool ability to have, if used the right way. Though Rousong is right, there are too many ways it can backfire.

Rousong really only knows it because he he got bodyswapped by his world's version of Letchee and had to reverse-engineer the technique to overcome that and, uh, not die. Since swapping with most people would be a significant nerf to him, it's... not something he uses often. But, in this case, it has some uses.
