Sarada will benefit from besting the hill on her own. And it wasn't a sun, that was literary flair. Asha'rah just threw a genki dama from orbit at whatever looming threat was giving off the "rumbling of thunder." After spending 10 minutes doing the equivalent of Superman sun dipping for the benefit of said genki dama.

You're the GM. Whether it's a mushroom cloud on the horizon, the next foe being weakened to one extent or another (hey, it's from orbit, maybe Asha'rah's rusty and missed?), or the genki dama being thrown back in Asha'rah's face Jiren-style, I'm willing to roll with the punches at the moment.

I plan on keeping things more...even keeled than DBZ/DBS turned into (no hundreds of millions in PL’s) and I intend on keeping my players much more relevant than the show/manga did. Now, obviously power levels are bull crap after a certain point and they’ll mean little to actual skillful posts and meaningful and fun contributions.

Hmm, tough one. Jiren is clearly stronger than some GoD’s, but at the same time perhaps not all of them as we have yet to see Beerus go 100%.

I admit to wondering if you're going to do an and/or approach.

That said, I sorta feel from a personality standpoint, Sarada and Parsely would both be the type suited to SSJ4, but I suppose SSJB or whatever would suit Parselys whole prodigy thing.
