Not going to lie, a character with a PL of 16,000,000 this soon into the game is a bit much.

Althena base power level is 40,000 the technique Max Mode just gives a 400x boost in multiplier but comes with massive Ki drainage of a 5% reduction and that's with doing nothing at all . in this mode her Ki rapidly drains extremely quickly to the point her the technique is highly impractical. yeah the power spikes to 16,000,000 million but quickly drops to 800,000 in less than a second by her just standing there.

note I have lower the boost that Max mode gives from 400x to 100x so in this mode for a short time Althena power level is 4,000,000 and quickly drops to 200,000.

Worth noting that Asha'rah is not a mage. She could use her skill with hakai to simply destroy magic, and in theory she could create magical energy, but she is not trained to wield it herself.

The issue is twofold.

None of the cast can casually go from a PL of nothing, to a PL of millions by simply flexing.

well I adjust the boost that the Mahtoesa Hetto no Hwe-Atkam technique Max Mode gives . it is now grants a 50x boost in power instead a 400x boost in power.

Items: Workout Gym (Not capsule'd... just carries around an entire gym)
Special: Every time he flexes, he gets a permanent PL boost. Also, typical saiyan BS traits.
History: Set out to become the swolest saiyan ever. 50,000 years and several googolplex reps later, he emerged from the weight room, ready to have people 'mire his gains.
Other: Possibly the saiyan equivalent to Santa Claus.
