History: One of the first humans to go into space, after a comet struck his ship he veered off course and floated in hypersleep for years. Found by a GP patrol he decided he liked the organization and stayed on. Since then he has risen through the ranks and is now commissioner.

He is also Jinzi’s great great Uncle, his only relative to date. They first met and became aware of each other when Jinzi was arrested by Miras Thane. Since then they have stayed in contact. Jinzi even upgraded his cybernetics recently.

Other: He is a bit of a prankster, and generally has a bit of a laid back attitude.

He also has the highest kill and highest take down rating of any GP officer.
